Neck Tension & Pain Causes

Neck tension and Pain is a very common complaint which makes people seek acupuncture treatment. The tension of the neck happens due to poor posture, specifics of the profession like tilting the head while looking onto the screen of computer monitor. Having tendency to tilt the head to the left, right or chin up. Some people watch TV that is located too high or too low. They adjusting the neck position to unhealthy / unnatural one in order to watch TV.  Some drivers elevate the chin in order to look in the rare view mirror. Remember, do not exercise or do any activity through the pain. Take a break for 15-30 minutes during which you should rest and gently tap the problematic place with a loose fist; then continue your activity without feeling pain
