Female Health Issues
Dysmenorrhea
Dysmenorrhea is severe, frequent cramping during menstruation. Pain occurs in the lower abdomen but can spread to the lower back and thighs. Often the cramping passing by after the blood clots, in small or large size are passed.
According to our clinical experience the blood clots formation happens because of liver dysfunction – blood deficiency or energy or blood stagnation. And as mentioned above, kidneys and spleen function will be checked and taken care of if necessary. When the problem will be addressed by acupuncturist, the clots formation will be stopped and the blood flow normalized, and the woman will not experience either passing clots or having cramps anymore.
Clinical Relevance
Dysmenorrhea is symptom that could be eliminated and avoided. The most important for a woman is the mind and body balance.
You can learn how to create and control this balance by reading the pages 19-49 and 61-64 in my book, Your MindBody Alliance & The Truth About Acupuncture.
Our clinical experience shows that people who are not educated in anatomy and physiology are not aware of how to preserve their health. The lack of knowledge and understanding how mind and body correlate leads people to feel out of control over their own health. Reading this book everyone becomes knowledgeable enough to withstand any body health problem and preserve one’s health.
